Apple’s giant new iPad Pro is still a tablet, not a laptop — but Logitech’s latest keyboard case helps blur that line.

With the launch of the iPad Pro Wednesday, Logitech (or Logi) released its CREATE backlit keyboard for the iPad Pro

The case — which sells for $149 — bears a striking resemblance to the keyboards on Apple’s MacBook laptops.

Like Apple’s own Smart Keyboard, the Logitech keyboard utilizes the iPad Pro’s Smart Connector, removing the need for charging or for a Bluetooth connection. The Smart Keyboard uses butterfly mechanisms like those in the new MacBook, but Logitech’s keyboard uses full-sized backlit keys like you get in MacBook Air or Pro. Read more…
